I am a Wellness Consultant specializing in joyful movement and lifestyle changes, who is available as a lifestyle coach, movement instructor, and workshop presenter. Above all, I'm an explorer of experiences
that better help me connect to the wisdom of my body and to others in
authentic ways.
I've
always sought balance and centeredness in my life, and found it in a variety of ways. Through following my dream of becoming an executive and life coach, becoming a Crucial Conversations facilitator, practicing yoga, running half-marathons, dancing Nia, and changing my lifestyle to include more space and less things.
Since then, I've worked the gamut from corporate teambuilding and
experiential education to facilitating youth at risk in Facing Forward: Journey into Womanhood, a mentoring program.
My mission is to help people create change through joy and to form
authentic connections with themselves and one another.
